What up.

Last weekend was fun. O Hanlons was spectacular. Dance parties will never get old.. ever. Too bad Carmen decided not to come in the end, but I was with a big group of sweet people.. most of which I never would of guessed to run into, too! So I was stoked. Sunday I was supposed to hang out with Lindsey but thanks to the amount of snow, we postponed. Ended up having a night in with Laird instead :) We stayed up until 8 am then both called in sick to work on Monday & hung out all day. So fun.

This week has been decent.. work has felt really long. Other than that it's been good. Lindsey was over last night & we looked through a bunch of old pictures & died laughing. Laird probably thinks we're insane.. not to mention he saw some pretty incriminating pictures of me hahaha. Oh god. So fun.
This weekend involves.. Halo night at the apartment with ze boiz.. furniture shopping with mom (explain in a moment..), more O Hanlons & drunkeness, then a lazy Sunday. Good stuff.

SO! The foreign exchange student is finally arriving! My mom gets a japenese boy in February for a month, then right after he leaves she gets a girl for all of March. Theeeen, after she's gone, she's getting another girl for a 3 month semester. Soooo excited! I'm stoked for the boy to be here too.. I think he'll be stoked about my brother cuz he plays a shit load of japenese video games, & according to his list of interests, he's into them too. I'm really excited for the girl though. I want to take her shopping & dancing at O Hans so bad. :):):) So soon! Yay foreigners!!!

Saturday involved a wicked hangover, Smittys with Lindsey, The Gun & Knife Show at the Turvey Center with the men, then creepy drunken sweetness at Sean's.

Sunday.. slept in late, & saw Avatar. So freakin sweet. I really liked it.

So far this week nothing too exciting has been going on. A lot of Lost. Went for dinner with Bobbi Jo last night, then watched The Colony & had bubble bathzz with Laird :)

Today my dad's coming to visit for a few hours, then trailer trash dinner (KD & grilled cheese, woo!)/more Lost.

Weekend looks eventful. Friday.. casino with my brother!! Haha it will be fun :) We get along better now that we don't live together. Hopefully we'll win big dollaz. Then party at Mike's. Saturday, O' Hanlons dance parties 4 life, Sunday.. a lot of laying around then out with Lindsey.

Sounds like a solid weekend brah.

Still loving it here. Loving it more with cable & internet haha. As much as I love Pokemon for Gameboy, having something else available to entertain me is a nice feeling.

It's just a cute place to live. Laird & I always make cute little dinners. & Have Lost nights. :) It's awesome.

My shoulder's all fucked up. Dislocated it at work so I got yesterday & today off. It really isn't even hurting that much today, but whatevs it's nice having the day off. Can't believe it's already Friday tomorrow. Woah.

I'm hopefully going to the casino tomorrow.. depending on if Lindsey's disease is subsiding. She's extremely sick. Hopefully she's better.

Well, off to do some dishes. Tonight it's nachos, Lost & bubblebaths all around. :)

Quick note while I'm stopped at my mom's house.

LOVE the apartment. It's adorable. We're pretty much completely settled already, which is nice. We've been playing a lot of Pokemon & Yoshi's Island haha. Got a shit load of awesome groceries last night.. picked up a few more that we forgot about after work. I'm just at my mom's right now to grab the Guiness & pint glasses I left behind haha.
Not too much else to say besides I love the place & it's been hella fun! Let's see how long I can wait before I break down & get cable/internet. Prrooobably not long. I'm lame!

Moving into my new place in.. T-12 hours. Ahhh! Get to sleep in until about 11.. loading up the truck with the first batch of boxes.. grabbing the key.. then away we go :) Thanks for helping pack Linds. & Thanks for helping move extremely heavy shit Sean.

I love & hate wine equally. It's so delicious, & gets the job done.. & it's free. But maaan, it destroys my world eeevery time. Either way, I still had an awesome time even though I was out of control! I wish Mike had been there for the majority of it, but he was working. Booo. Drinking games were the highlight of my night/the last time I remember being able to stand on my own.

Sadly me, Laird & Parker missed the countdown cuz we went to Mcdonalds like morons :p But oh well, we celebrated when we got back. I got my midnight kiss from Laird, it's all I needed! :)

Little bit of an update before I go to bed.

Christmas was lovely :) Laird broke down & stayed over on Christmas Eve. I was so stoked for him to have an epic Christmas morning. He had the biggest stocking out of all of us, & he was the last person opening presents haha it was awesome. He scored so much good stuff. He got me the John Locke action figure from Lost!!!!!! IT TALKS!!!! :D Love it. Stoked to see what my other present is when it arrives in the mail. His last present from me finally showed up today. Things from Singapore don't arrive quickly, as it seems... anyway I'm off track. Christmas. After epic wins at my moms house, we had more epic wins at my dad's. He's such a dick.. buys me sponges & rubber gloves :p Har har. Oh, & wooden spoons. Geeee thanks Papa H. He also got me a like 2 foot tall Tinkerbell, so I'm extremely excited about that. Not to mention a bunch of moneys to spend on household items, which was a big help. Thenn... Laird went back to his sister's for supper, then back over to our place where I was pleasantly wasted from the wine I had just received from my dad.. & us & the fam played board games. "What's Yours Like?", "Catch-phrase", & "Mad Gab". So fun. I'm so happy my family loves him :)

Next dayy, Boxing Day Sales at Walmart! Wooo! Got myself an awesome set of pots & pans, forks & knives, plates & dinnerware.. all stuff that most people would be bored with. But I'm so excited about all of it haha. Christmas helped me out a lot with the moving out bizznass. I'm hella broke cuz I went overboard with home stuff. Luckily Laird got a giftcard to M&M's Meatshops so we can eat next month! Woooo! Haha.

The rest of the weekend was quiet but nice. Hangouts in the garage.. Smittys with L & Parker. More hilarious Walmart shopping. Disappointment while watching The Hangover. Saw Sherlock Holmes.. also disappointing. But all in all a very nice long weekend :)

This week is almost over thank god. I'm so damn tired. Done at noon on Thursday, & then Friday off. Wewt. Not a clue what's going down for New Years.. most likely the garage. I'm hoping the Masquerade actually happens.. I need an excuse to trash my prom dress. But if not, I'm sure there'll be some place to go. I hope Lindsey's with me though.. it's basically tradition for us. Last couple of years haven't been very exciting for me, so I think I'll finally have an awesome time this year. As long as I'm armed with cheap champagne I'll be okay.

I've been meaning to make a post for the last like three days but I haven't gotten around to it.


Wellll, work has been keeping me damn busy. It's so weird that I actually go to bed at normal times during the week. Still stay up until all hours of the night on the weekend though, so I'm not completely conformed. But really, I can't remember the last time I was tired at like 9:30. It's strange.

Besides work I've just been.. watching Lost season 5 (which I just finished btw), drinking at the garage, & getting stoked on moving out. So soooon, Jan 5th. Laird got his truck up & running so we have something to take all of my furniture over. I asked for the 5th & 6th off.. I know I get the Tuesday off for sure. Hopefully I get them both, & hopefully Laird's able to get them off toooo. I wanna get everything moved in & settled as quickly as we can. It'll suck not having Teigan or the rats for awhile.. but at least I'll get to keep them eventually.
....Ahhh so stoked :)

Christmas will be nice this year. I'm looking forward to it. Laird's staying over on Christmas Eve & spending all of Christmas Day with my family. :D My parents got him so much stuff haha it's awesome. I think his pride got shot a little bit but... I know he's secretly excited for it :p
